Kevin brings over 25 years of construction experience to the team, having executed diverse projects nationwide ranging from hospitality, retail, and restaurants to fuel stations and flex space. With a career trajectory that spans from Superintendent to Director of Field Operations—and over a decade running his own development firm—Kevin possesses a unique ability to bridge the gap between the boardroom and the job site.

As Director of Field Operations, Kevin oversees the entire project lifecycle, ensuring every phase from pre-construction budgeting to final delivery remains on track. He has successfully coordinated a substantial portfolio of commercial developments for high-profile national clients, consistently delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.

Shawn is passionate about cultivating relationships to innovate, develop and achieve amazing vision. Shawn graduated with a BS in environmental engineering and an MS in civil engineering from the University of Kentucky.

During his 25-year career, he’s coordinated and constructed class A commercial office space, research facilities, college and secondary school athletic facilities, multi-family, student and single-family housing, hotels and above and below grade parking garages. He’s delivered projects in Design/Build, Design/Assist and Plan/Spec environments and helped develop, execute and complete nearly 1.7 billion dollars of projects all over the United States.

Lauren has 10 years experience in all aspects of commercial construction. She’s been successful as a project accountant, project coordinator, project engineer and most recently as a team leader. She excels at subcontractor and vendor management, project financials and risk management.

Lauren’s strengths include integrating our Autodesk Build construction management platform with our other internal systems and leveraging those systems to meet our client’s needs for real-time, accurate construction management data. She excels at providing our teams the coordinated tools they need to be successful in the field.

Jack is a results-driven Preconstruction Manager with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a strong foundation in planning, analysis and operational efficiency. He brings extensive experience in permitting, licensing, procurement and early-phase project coordination, ensuring every project begins with clarity, compliance, and strategic alignment.

Highly proficient in construction management, Jack is known for his tenacity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence, consistently delivering organized and effective preconstruction processes that position projects for successful execution.

Robert Callahan brings over 30 years of hands-on construction experience to the team, serving effectively as both a Project Manager and Superintendent. His career is defined by specialized expertise in the Fuel, Retail, and Restaurant sectors, where he has successfully managed complex Ground-Up (GU) and Tenant Improvement (TI) projects for major national brands.

With a unique background that includes owning and operating his own licensed construction businesses, Robert possesses in-depth knowledge of every component of the project lifecycle. This experience provides him with a robust foundation in estimating, resource allocation, and field management, allowing him to seamlessly bridge the gap between office planning and on-site execution.

A United States Navy veteran, Robert applies disciplined leadership to his sites, ensuring strict adherence to budget constraints, schedules, and quality control standards. He is dedicated to risk mitigation and quality control, ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of workmanship.

Brad champions a collaborative leadership style, dedicated to empowering high-performance teams and cultivating enduring partnerships with clients and trade specialists . Brad graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University .

Throughout his 20-year career, Brad has successfully steered complex design-build initiatives from the earliest planning stages through to final delivery . A specialist in pre-construction services, he provides critical early-stage value through detailed cost modeling, constructability reviews, and execution strategy development, ensuring projects start on a solid footing . His extensive portfolio spans diverse sectors, including advanced manufacturing campuses, high-volume distribution centers, and premium hospitality venues . He has managed massive industrial developments ranging up to 1.2 million square feet, navigating unique challenges such as historic venue constraints and accelerated timelines to achieve award-winning results . Brad excels in high-stakes environments, consistently ensuring project certainty through rigorous safety advocacy, strategic schedule management, and precise financial stewardship .

Nick is a driven Superintendent with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management Technology from Purdue University. He brings valuable field experience in directing day-to-day operations, managing site logistics, and leading QA/QC efforts to ensure design specifications are met. His background includes a solid foundation in preconstruction and estimating, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the construction lifecycle from planning to execution. Dedicated to maintaining rigorous safety standards and open communication, Nick excels at coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders to resolve field issues and improve workflow. He consistently focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget, ensuring successful and efficient project delivery.

Josh is a highly motivated Construction Manager with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and extensive experience in complex project leadership and site logistics. Highly proficient in personnel management and breaking down complex problems, he actively drives project schedules through LEAN and FLOW processes. He successfully manages multifaceted projects by coordinating subcontractors and implementing daily production tracking systems, ensuring rigorous adherence to safety and quality standards. Known for building lasting, collaborative relationships with owners and design partners, Josh utilizes his deep expertise in site logistics to drive schedule momentum and deliver exceptional, high-quality builds.

Tristan Wilson is a highly motivated Project Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Driven by a passion for field-based execution, he is transitioning into the construction management field, bringing a strong foundation in mechanical design and industrial project support. While new to formal construction management, Tristan’s engineering background seamlessly translates to the site: he has extensive experience authoring construction specifications , managing concurrent project schedules across multi-discipline teams , and performing field verifications to ensure constructable solutions. Leveraging his Lean Systems Certification and proven ability to resolve technical challenges with vendors and operations personnel, Tristan applies rigorous engineering discipline to drive project efficiency, safety compliance, and high-quality execution at Ventora Construction Group.
